The Course

Nine holes you’ll want to play twice

Set in over 55 acres of prime Devon countryside, with a natural spring feeding two lakes and far-reaching views across the Exe Estuary. Eighteen tee positions across nine holes give a genuinely different test second time round — quick and walkable, but never dull.

  • Open when others close. Free-draining soil on Exminster Hill keeps the fairways playable through the wettest Devon winters, so you can play all year round.
  • Views over the Exe Estuary. Set in 55 acres of prime countryside with a natural spring feeding two lakes, and far-reaching views across the Exe Estuary and Woodbury.
  • Nine holes, eighteen tees. Eighteen tee positions across nine holes give a genuinely different test second time round — a quick nine or a full eighteen, par 66.
