• Contact form & enquiries. If you contact us through the website, by email or by phone, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, email address, phone number and the content of your message.
• Membership enquiries. If you enquire about or apply for membership, we collect the information needed to process your enquiry and, where relevant, your application.
