Weddings & functions FAQs
How many guests can you seat?
Up to 120 guests in the main restaurant, with a private function room for 60 (with its own decking) and a double patio seating 60 more.
What deposit do you need?
A £150 deposit secures a function booking, or £250 for a wedding. Final numbers and the balance are due 5 days before your event.
What’s included?
Quoted prices include table linens and helium balloons on request. We can also arrange entertainment through our trusted local contacts and tailor the day to you.
Can you cater for the food and drink?
Yes — our Charcombes Lounge team handles catering and the licensed bar holds an extended licence to midnight (Sun–Thu) and 1am (Fri & Sat). Talk to us about menus.
